Excellent, Quiet even at high speed

Moves a lot of air. I mounted this as the rear exhaust in an ABS Canyon case and it moves without apparent effort twice the air as the already very good and quiet stock fan. No blade whine even at high speed. EXCEPT, putting a fan guard within 3/8 inch of the inlet side does construct a whine as each of the (many) blades passes a strut on the guard. There is no noise from a fan guard at the outlet side. So, for me, on the ABS Canyon, this is no problem in any location, but if you -must- have an inlet guard, think in regards to it. I will be replacing the stock inlet fans with these. On the Canyon the inlets are shrouded.

The blades appear to have been designed by somebody with access to real liquid flow modeling software. May angels drool good luck on him and may his socks match.

Update: I did replace the inlet fans on the Canyon with these and flow is great even at lowest speed and sound is only that of moving air, no "fan noise".

Does what it should

I have this mounted on the top 140mm fan port of my NZXT Silent Case. If you need an ok venting (pull based) fan this is will do the trick. Nothing too stimulating in regards to this product, but it does what it will have to and does it comparatively quietly. No complaints.

great fans

these fans are great, but they do not move allot of air like very one else is saying. i have a nzxt phantom black case i have 1 140mm front 2 120mm on the side panel and 1 rear 120 mm. i have them controlled by way of fan controller from the case. and when u rev them up u may listen them sounds like a suction from a turbine but not piercing just sufficient u may listen it. but they work great. the plastic is not cheap it is one of those plastics that is strong not light weight but a good deal of where in the middle of medium heavy and light weight. i like the accessory's it comes with like wire extender likewise molex extender with 3 pin attached. color is black shiny. i don't know what else to say their just good merchandise if questions email me at fpresiado@live.com subject as amazon case fans
