Nice Mountain Photography Book By G. Pearson 100 photos in a 200 page book with the photos on the right and text on the left page. The photos are mainly taken from high altitude hiking trails and I find them rather inspirational and oftentimes say to myself "wow" I wish I could be there !! It is a smallish and nicely staged book that hikers or nature lovers wanting a taste of arousing and attention holding hiking country, will enjoy. Recommended. 1 of 1 humans found the following review helpful.
not bad By Jacek Jawien I am a little bit disappointed by this book. I was expecting "typical", "canonical" views from the most widely known and esteemed places in Alps - as a stimulus for me to see them myself in future.
Instead, I have received collection of beautiful, nonetheless completly unrecognized pictures from exclusively unknown places. Perhaps that was an idea of the author.
But for me, it was disappointing. See all 2 client reviews... |
