Excellent beginner's book By I. Kaufman Having had a little exposure to doing a workout with an exercise ball, I was looking for something I could use on my own at home. This book is thoughtfully written, clear with regards to what to focus on and concise regarding how to progress from level to level without injury. Purchased for Exercise Ball Class By Ohio Mama I am a certified group fitness instructor. I purchased this book in order to prepare to instruct a weekly one-hour exercise ball class. This book is splendid because it offers info in regards to progress (the order in which to carry out specific exercises). It also offers suggestions for "5-minute total core blasts," if you have fixed time on a queer day. Great Starting Point For Newbies By Joey Atlas As a pro trainer, I am very fond of books that are helpful to the fitness beginner.
