This pressure cast non stick 11-inch round bottom wok stir fry pan provides a combining of Eastern cooking methods and Western engineering using a traditionalisti shaped concave bottom woi, with a thick built in stable bottom for any type of range. It is a perfective pan for stir frying, searing, deep frying, braising, steaming and slow cooking. The full round cooking surface shape allows feed to brown and sear quickly on flat burners with a distinguished ring base.

This is a outstanding product. It cooks evenly, feed doesn't stick and it's very easy to clean. The heavy, flat bottom of the wok is ideally suitable for our electric stove top. Highly recommended.

I've had this wok for some years and it's as splendid as it was when I got it. Like any pan with thick walls, it takes longer to heat up but maintains a neverending heat better. My experience with this led me to buy two Swiss Diamond saute pans, which are also excellent.
