I enjoyed the stories of learning by hard knocks and then the realization of what a planned visual representation may do for you. Specifically I thought Jim's layout of the formally presenting something and the explanations why to do it that way were peculiarly valuable. I highly reccomend this book for both beginning and experienced agents. Especially those who like to "wing it" a lot. I would like to see Jim exaggerate the book sometime to cover real estate websites, blogs, and online presentations.

Swanepoel I have known Jim for when it comes to 7 years and he has also impressed me as dynamic, young person that knows precisely what he wants, and already has the plans mapped out how to get it. He proved that by listing and syndication hundreds and hundreds of homes using systems, demonstrations and selling methods that he created. Jim has mastered how to serve the client expeditiously and how to commune with the client effectively. Now you may learn those proficiencies from him.
