Higher sides make the difference. Wilton pans are 1 in. deep for fuller-looking desserts.

hate them By Karen Krasny I thought a cookie sheet was a cookie sheet. Not so. These bent for the duration of unpacking and when nestled (I have 6) are out of the question to separate. I put 12 ramekins filled with chocolate cake on one to freeze and it couldn't hold the weight! They feel cheap and I am back to using my 20-year old ones. 1 of 1 persons found the following review helpful.
Wilton Jelly roll pan. By J. Hesson Ordered 2 for my mother. Aluminum is the only way to go (no rust). Not much more you may say in regards to them other than they do what they are designed to do. 1 of 1 humans found the following review helpful.
