Watch failed within two months

I purchased a watch that was advertised as 'BRAND NEW with original packaging and manufacturer's warranty'. The watch failed after less than two months. There is no way to call or e-mail Time Zone Plus directly - and no website. And to undertake to contact Time Zone Plus through Amazon has been useless. My only other option is to go through the watch manufacturer for the warranty work, but it costs cash to send the watch in, and they require that the vender be an authorized merchandiser in order to do the warranty work. Is Time Zone Plus and authorized dealer? I wish I knew the answer, but it's inconceivable to reach them.

I purchased this for a woman actually serving in the military in Afghanistan and she, so far, said it was perfective for the task and loves it. We'll see how it holds up.
