This 6-piece set holds an 8-inch skillet, a 10-inch skillet, a 2.2-quart saucepan, and a 4.3-quart stockpot. This distinctive configuration provides the best sizes all combined into one set. The 8-inch and 10-inch skillets represent the most usual sizes and are perfective for sauteing. The 2.2-quart saucepan is idealisti for sauces, gravies, rice, and little quantities of soup. The 4.3-quart stockpot is great for more prominent quantities of soup, sauces, and gravies. Swiss Diamond cookware is a revolutionary cooking surface using up to 200,000 diamond crystals in each pan to reinforce the premium nonstick composite. It is so lasting that Swiss Diamond cookware carries a lifetime fixed warranty versus cracking, blistering, or peeling. Since diamonds are four times more conductive than copper, ten times that of aluminum, and one hundred times better than titanium, no other nonstick pan may compare to the uniform heat conductivity of Swiss Diamond--from the center of the pan to the outer edge without hotspots. Swiss Diamond cookware brings together all the most crucial proficiencies you suppose from a high-quality cookware set, browning, deglazing, and even devising a fond--the pan drippings that brown and add such rich flavor and taste to gravies and sauces. This set is an Amazon.com exclusive--you won't find it anyplace else!

All foods stick to this cookware! By D. Miyauchi My experience is the opposite of the reviews posted here.
I followed all instructions and cook at medium heat or lower. Yet, the only things that I cook, that is, oatmeal and congee (rice soup) both stick to the pot. I need to soak the pot in water for the feed to dislodge.
Definitely NOT worth the more than $200 I expended on the set.
Better to buy a cheap teflon pan set and get better results. 4 of 4 humans found the following review helpful.
Just what we were looking for By N. Groch This cookware seems very lasting and well engineered. Sturdy handles, venting lids, solid and nice weight. Nothing seems to stick to it. In my opinion the value is much better than calphalon cookwares and will probably outlast all others that we have tried. 3 of 4 humans found the following review helpful.
Buyer Beware By P. Golian The Swiss Diamond brand does incorporate PTFE. A substance known by the brand name Teflon. Don't fall for the hype marketng designed to make you think this pan is any dissimilar than a high quality teflon coated pan. See all 18 client reviews... |
