Creamy, vanilla lather
By Keith
I have found St Ives to manufacture quality products. Their body washes are no exception. This vanilla body wash will not disappoint. It has a light vanilla scent that relaxes the body and the mind, smells outstanding without being overpowering or too feminine, and produces a generous lather that moisturizes the skin yet rinses off easily. Like a good body wash, it doesn't leave a film on your skin. The other St Ives body washes are good, too. My other favorites are the Oatmeal and Shea, the Energizing Citrus, and the Cucumber Melon.
For persons with sensible skin, St Ives body washes may or may not work, as it holds parfums (fragrances) and Sodium Lauryl (or Laureth? I have to double check) sulfate. For those with only mildly sensible skin, their merchandise will have to be soft sufficient and work just fine. If you have a more severe condition, I suggest Aveeno over St Ives. Nevertheless, it is a quality body wash that is not tested on animals, is developed without phthalates and parabens, and is placed in partially recyclable material. Worth your money.

This soap is a outstanding value for the price. It's a very creamy soap that lathers up very well so you don't need a lot of it. Most importantly, it rinses off very easily. My skin feels smooth after using this soap. It leaves my skin smelling like vanilla and not dried out. I'd unquestionably commend this soap, unless you don't like the smell of vanilla.
