From the supplier: Monsanto Co. is suing Swiss Valley Farms Co. and Pure Milk and Ice Cream Co. for putting advertisements in stores claiming that they do not knowingly receive milk from cows given supplemental recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH). Such unscrupulous advert system is versus FDA directives prohibiting dairies from claiming their milk is free of rBGH. Monsanto's deceptive labeling complaint still awaits court decision.
