I found Tudor Rebellions to be a pretty interesting as well as informative book on the history of civil rebellions versus the Tudor rulers from the sovereignty of Henry VII to the death of Elizabeth I. Placed in a chronlogical order, this book fetch to the light all the major and a good deal of of the minor rebellions that took place for the duration of that period. The book shows that in closely all cases, the revolts were very localized and have sure geographical limitation that made them failure in the long run. The book fetch to light numerous of the more known rebellions into their proper perception.

I have read both 3rd and 5th edition of this book. The 5th edition plainly proves to be the one to owned and read as the 5th edition unquestionably expanded on this subject matter with more outstanding detail and clarity. The good thing in regards to this book is that for it is short length, the book does great credits to bringing to light a heap of known and unknown rebellions that for better or for worst, brought changes to their nation.

The book come highly recommended, it is pretty well written, well researched and to the point. The writing style didn't bother me but it may distract a lot of of the readers due to it is "scholarly style" of narrative.
