Swiss Garden Kuala Lumpur

Swiss Garden Kuala Lumpur

Malaysia beckons with an astounding mix of lush rainforests, gorgeous beaches and precipitous mountains, and this latest volume in the award-winning Eyewitness Travel Guide series covers each aspect of this arousing and attention holding country.

Nature lovers may swim with colorful fish off the shores of a great deal of islands or spot orangutans and other exotic jungle-dwellers in Sarawak. Using the distinguishable cutaway maps and 3-D models explore the ultra-modern skyscrapers of Kuala Lumpur and Singapore which overwhelm the colonial buildings still found in the center of both metropolises.

This is a decent guide but I would definately buy another guide to supplement it. I went on a trip to Kuala Lumpur( I just returned last night) and I took this guide as well as the Lonely Planet Kuala Lumpur guide and they were outstanding together. I did use my LP guide a lot more, but this one does include a lot of good selective information when it comes to all the dissimilar sights.

By Diana R. Francis
This is an magnificent product in a heap of ways. Good text, beauteous pictures, informative re shopping, feed and cultural matters - the gorgeous photos of same support a outstanding deal. This is less utile as a important guide book like the Lonely Planet, which has more nuts and bolts data re places to eat, stay etc., than as anexcellent adjuct. They are actually good together to give a finish picture. I lived in Singapore some time ago, and have traveled extesively in Maylasia, and the iformation in the book looks to be acurate as far as I may tell.

star40 tpng swiss garden kuala lumpurA outstanding book, but in all likelihood too huge just Singapore

This is a great book- full of interesting information, pretty photos, and travel tips. We just went to Singapore and it was useful, along with the Groovy MAP 'N' GUIDE SINGAPOREand Fodor's Singapore's 25 Best, 3rd Edition (25 Best).

The only downside is the size. While little sufficient to carry in a bag, it's not THAT small- and the section on Singapore is comparatively smallcompared to the malaysia section. Overall, while I'm happy I purchased it, the other 2 books went with me around town, while this one stayed in the hotel.
